This focus on Connective Leadership is truly refreshing. I love how the book emphasizes shared language as a tool for sustainable growth in education. For those who prefer to digest audio recordings of leadership seminars or discussions, using a reliable tool like mp3 to word can be a game-changer for study and reflection. I’m definitely looking forward to diving into these chapters and seeing how these frameworks apply in real-world school systems.
